Mental Health Matters

Mental Health has been of utmost priority to us. Mental Health is as much important as physical health. It refers to cognitive (thinking), behavioral (act), and emotional (feeling) well-being. That is, it is all about how people think, feel, and behave.

What People
Says About Us

Kudos to Anu and entire Swaraksha team for the great initiative to educate and spread awareness of child abuse. Child Maltreatment is a complex problem and the  best approach to prevent it is to raise awareness among the public, the children themselves and parents. Team Swaraksha has been working along with the children to help them distinguish what is right and wrong, and provide them necessary skills and know-how to protect themselves. Keep up the good work!
