Self-defence workshops (on request)
Self-defence classes can help us develop sharper instincts and helps build confidence. It also helps us have increased mindfulness.
It’s often told that the best way to pull through an attack is to avoid it in the first place and the more mindful we are, the easier it will be to identify a problem before it actually happens. Simply paying attention to what is going on around us can often discourage a potential problem or danger.
It is always better to be safe than sorry! Personal safety includes not just physical safety, to be free from physical harm but also psychological safety, i.e. freedom from worry about victimization, harassment etc.
Web safety or online/internet safety is the knowledge of maximizing the user’s personal safety and risks to private information while using the internet. Sensitive information such as personal details and passwords or personal property may cause plenty of security concerns if leaked.
